Global Health Law

The world continues to face multiple and intersecting health crises, from outbreaks like Ebola, SARS, and mpox to the rising tide of antimicrobial resistance, environmental health threats, and non-communicable diseases like cancer, heart disease and respiratory diseases. These challenges call for governance, collective action, and legal tools that can respond effectively across borders.
The Global Health Law Program at the Global Strategy Lab will help shape a future where legal frameworks are not just reactive to crises, but proactive in building a more equitable, prepared, and resilient global health system.
