With contributions from Alexandra L. Phelan, Benjamin Mason Meier, Lawrence O. Gostin, and GSL Research Associate Roojin Habibi, the authors urge states to leverage this momentum to negotiate a bold pandemic treaty through WHO’s Intergovernmental Negotiating Body.
