GSL Research Fellow and GSL Director featured in ICLR Special Issue

Global Strategy Lab Research Fellow Roojin Habibi, Director Steven J. Hoffman, and Legal Adviser on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights Timothy Fish Hodgson published an article on Epidemics and the Future Developments of International Law featured in the latest Special Issue of International Community Law Review (ICLR).

The article takes inspiration from influential standard-setting initiatives such as the Abidjan Principles and Siracusa Principles. The authors move us beyond the pandemic treaty/IHR reform to examine how informal law can help bridge normative gaps in public health emergency preparedness and response.
