Ramdhanie holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Social Science Degree in Economics from the University of Guyana. He is also a certified Project Manager (PMP) and is trained in financial management, results-based budgeting and monitoring & evaluation.
He has over 7 years of experience in public sector finance in Guyana where he served as the Finance Officer at the Guyana Wildlife Conservation & Management Commission under the Office of the President, Deputy Permanent Secretary-Finance (Head of Finance) at the Ministry of Education, and as an Economic & Financial Analyst at the Ministry of Finance.
