GSL Veterinary-Research Fellow Fiona Emdin Collaborates With ILRI To Study Gender Dimensions Of Antimicrobial Resistance

In March 2023, Fiona Emdin, a veterinary-research fellow at the Global Strategy Lab (GSL), traveled to the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) campus in Nairobi, Kenya. The purpose of her visit was to collaborate on a project that explores the gender dimensions of Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR), using a One Health lens. This project builds on the successful partnership between GSL and ILRI which has yielded important insights into global health challenges. Emdin’s visit to the ILRI campus marks the latest chapter in a fruitful collaboration between the two organizations.
