GSL Director Quoted in Globe and Mail Article on COVID-19 Case Models

On April 2, GSL Director Steven Hoffman was quoted in an article in the Globe and Mail discussing the lack and lag of models by the Canadian federal government projecting federal and provincial case and casualty numbers due to COVID-19.

In the article, Hoffman advocated for as much information-sharing among provinces and the federal government as possible and highlighted the importance of “promoting trust and ensuring there’s a broad range of information available”.
