On June 15, GSL Associate Director Patrick Fafard, and the whole team at GSL received the joyous news that Patrick had been promoted to the rank of Full Professor of Public & International Affairs at the University of Ottawa. Fafard has been teaching at uOttawa since 2006 as an Associate Professor and Assistant Professor before that.
